We are looking for a professional and friendly person to share 3 bedroom flat with two others. The flat is fully furnished with LCD in the lounge and all the white goods in the kitchen. you only need to bring your bed, there is a matteress in the room that can be used.Currently we are two people living in the house, in early 30s and working full time (one male and one female) We are looking for someone who is neat and tidy, Rent includes the unlimited access to Wi-Fi. electricity bill to be split into 3 after every quarter. We are very close to Parramatta and Harris Park stations (10-15 mins walk).there are parks around the area and 20 mins walk to Merrylands and Granville.Covered and road side parking is available. rent is paid 2 weeks in advance and two weeks bond is required when you move in which is refundable.
