Junior Admin Receptionist in GRANVILLE, New South Wales

We are currently looking for a jJunior Admin Receptionist
We are currently looking for a junior admin!
Must be:
• Well-mannered and polite
• Presentable
• Must be local resident
Must have:
• At least 2 years experience in the reception/ admin fields
• Excellent communication skills
• Lovely telephone manner
• Experience in using computer programs such as; excel and word, outlook etc.
• Customer service experience (NOT retail but in an office / business environment).
• Good attitude
• Willing to learn
• Must have the ability to work independently and also as part of a team
• Have great time-management skills and be able to prioritize their work
Tasks include:
• Answering calls
• Greeting clients
• E-mailing reports
• Updating our CRM
• Maintenance of general reception area including board and meeting rooms
Please Note: This position is not suitable for students or overseas visitors. Must be a local citizen
Initial hours will be 3 days a week 9am - 5pm for the first 1-2 months and then hours will be set to increase to 4-5 days a week.
Minimum award wage base.
